Customer Retention Officer

Looking for an experienced Customer Retention professional to work on a 6-month contractual basis from Monday to Friday to start on the 16th of July. Extension and longer term employment are available.

Our client is a leading FMCG brand in Australia and New Zealand. You will get a chance to work with industry leaders and network with some key players in the logistics industry.

With a strong focus on engaging with customers and educating them on the transitions of the business, you will be an individual who will be able to build strong working relationships and understand customer needs. Training is provided to allow you to connect with customer and provide them with solutions, ensuring they are properly informed of new processes in the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Services Leader, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide high level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Educate on the transition, ensuring customers are well informed on recent changes
  • Undertake training and development provided
  • Deal with complaints and offer resolutions
  • Manage relationships and understand their requirements
  • Provide tailored solutions to customer enquiries and problems
Requirements
  • 2 - 3+ years' experience within customer service
  • Basic understanding of Excel - utilise tables and basic formulas
  • Experience with SAP beneficial
  • Organisation and time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Stakeholder management - interact with a wide variety of people
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to take initiative and think proactively
  • Effective relationship building
