  • Are you tech savvy having studied IT or worked within the IT industry?

You will be working for a company that provides Lead Gen and Inside Sales services to some of the most prestigious IT vendors in the world. If you are looking for a long-term career in IT Sales then this could be a great starting point for you, by providing B2B Lead Gen services for IT vendors using the BANT formula. Product training will be provided!

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous experience gained in IT Sales or a B2B outbound call centre
  • People who are used to being measured by KPI’s
  • A competitive nature
  • People who are focused, driven and ambitious with lots of initiative and excellent listening skills
  • People who are not afraid to work hard to achieve and exceed goals and KPI’s
  • The capability to manage a CRM - Salesforce.com


What you will get in return:

  • An employment contract with the client that allows you to go off and do your farm work to gain your 2nd Working Holiday Visa and return to your job if you want to
  • Under that employment contract you will have access to all employee entitlements
  • Working Monday to Friday, 38-hour week
  • Base pay rate + super + uncapped commissions paid weekly
  • If you work hard and pass your 3-months’ probation, you may have the opportunity for Visa sponsorship
  • Provision of lead data, so no real cold calling
  • Great team culture with various sports team activities
  • Product training provided by various IT vendors
