The call centre operates 24 7 and as such requires employees that are available to work rotating rosters covering both the morning and afternoon shifts.
The Role
The role provides a link between the Customer Contact Centres and the Service Providers. The primary focus is to despatch appropriate patrol resources in accordance with customer’s needs.
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing exceptions and “non-standard” requests and for the effective and efficient use of resources in a geographic/operational area.
- 8 hour shifts 6 am – 2 pm or 2 pm – 10 pm rotating roster
- Allowances for Afternoon shift and Weekends
- Parking on site
- Directly across from the train station
- Career progression into leadership or other departments of the organisation
- Large and very friendly team, most of which have been with the company for over 10 years
Ideal Candidate
- Despatch/scheduling experience preferable
- Good understanding of NSW geography
- Customer Focussed
- *Must be able to work on a rotating roster and available for weekends and afternoon shifts
