The Role

Health Insurance is all about having the right conversations, and you will enjoy providing customers with the peace of mind that their health insurance is right for them, when they need it. You will be responsible for acquiring new business while providing a top quality experience.

• Part Time Permanent Position 
• Rotate between 8:00 am, 9:00 am & 10:15am shift start -although flexible with those times
• 22.5 hours per week Mon- Fri (4.5 hours per day)
• $31.36 per hour (plus 9% shift loading) + bonus incentives 

 

• Handling all inbound calls and having engaging converstions
• Influence, negotiate, and position relevant products that could benefit customers
• Drive innovation/efficiencies to provide best value for the member

You will need to have:

• Strong Sales experience and a understanding of the sales cycle
• Strong communications and a genuine passion for helping others
• Previous call centre experience is ideal
• Ability to be patient/empathetic to customers during stressful periods with their health
• Passionate about customer service and consultative approach to sales
• Ability to learn and sell complex products/services
