The Role
As part of the sales and customer service team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Prequalifying Clients.
- Outbound calls.
- Lead generation and re-directing these towards the relevant person/team
- Delivery of exceptional customer service
- Ensuring that all CRM information is entered accurately and efficiently
- Able to work Call Centre hours 8.30am - 7.00pm (Mon to Fri)
The Successful Candidate
- Minimum one year experience in a call centre environment.
- Enthusiastic, positive and friendly attitude & team mentality.
- Professional manner and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear and approachable phone manner.
- Genuine passion for customer service and the desire to ensure they have a great customer experience
- Confidence in making outbound calls
- Passionate about achieving targets.
