We have a brilliant opening for a customer service / sales specialist who cares about the customer and their needs. Ultimately this is a sales role but your empathy and ability to relate to the customer is crucial.
The role:
- In and outbound customer care
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Listen to customers and provide solutions for their needs
- Show empathy and understanding
- Make appointment and maintain sales target requirements
- Administration duties as required
To be successful:
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- Ability to understand and relate to customers
- Previous experience in a Call Centre / Sales environment
- A positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond
