Our client is a leader in providing solutions to commercial and residential needs as a premier supplier of high performance glass and glazing solutions. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team.

Key Duties include (but not limited to):-

  • Providing a great Customer service experience that will include problem solving to achieve the best outcome for the customer
  • High volume phone & email contact with customers
  • Ability to establish strong customer relationships and responding quickly to their enquiries/orders
  • Data Entry of customer orders
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure correct lead times are conveyed to their customers
  • Interpreting drawings & dimensions
  • Strong computer skills


Skills & Experience:-

  • Previous experience working in the glass industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Friendly and professional manner
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Able to provide a current resume with two recent contactable work references from a similar role
  • Able to pass a medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
  • Willing to perform some general/aptitude testing
