Our client is a leader in providing solutions to commercial and residential needs as a premier supplier of high performance glass and glazing solutions. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team.
Key Duties include (but not limited to):-
- Providing a great Customer service experience that will include problem solving to achieve the best outcome for the customer
- High volume phone & email contact with customers
- Ability to establish strong customer relationships and responding quickly to their enquiries/orders
- Data Entry of customer orders
- Liaising with other departments to ensure correct lead times are conveyed to their customers
- Interpreting drawings & dimensions
- Strong computer skills
Skills & Experience:-
- Previous experience working in the glass industry is desirable but not essential.
- Working autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Friendly and professional manner
- A "can do" attitude
- Able to provide a current resume with two recent contactable work references from a similar role
- Able to pass a medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
- Willing to perform some general/aptitude testing
