An exciting Full Time opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Customer Service Officer in our Clayton Call Centre from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The position will suit a self-motivated individual, who demonstrates an attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on outstanding customer service. The perfect candidate is also someone who can respond to fast paced incoming calls.

Essential skills and personal attributes for success in this role include: 

  • Pleasant, courteous and efficient telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced call centre environment
  • Effective verbal and written skills and be computer literate
  • Able to integrate values into everyday working decisions
  • Work effectively and harmoniously within the Department team
  • Ability to seek help from appropriate resources in relation to problem solving
  • Possess the temperament to operate in a calm and caring manner

Previous experience in a Pathology, Medical or Finance oriented contact centre would be an advantage.
