About the Position and Location
Perth Radiological Clinic is currently looking for a full time Clinic Assistant to assist with diagnostic medical imaging procedures in a customer focused manner. A key component of this role is ensuring that appointment times are running on time.
Location
The positions will be rostered to work at multiple locations throughout the southern suburbs of Perth.
Hours
Standard working hours 7.5 hours per shift worked between 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 4 hours per shift worked between 7:00am and 1:00pm.
About the Duties
Reporting to the Technical Supervisor
- Care for patients by maintaining a high level of care, safety and confidentiality
- Assist Radiographers and Radiologists with diagnostic imaging procedures
- Ensure Radiologist lists are running on time
- Record and maintain correct documentation for each patient
- Assist with monitoring stock levels
- Data entry
- Ensure change rooms are clean and tidy
- Patient observation and liaison with Ward Clerks and Orderlies
- Participate in Saturday morning roster - 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
