About the business
As part of the customer service team this role will require you to be the first point of contact for all key customers. You will be working closely with the Account Managers, supply chain and technicians and provide a beginning to end customer service experience.

We are looking for a candidate with a true passion for customer service, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to take initiative and be proactive within a busy environment.
Being part of this wonderful team you will be responsible for:
- Superior Customer Service
- Provide quality service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure key account enquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating Service Technicians
- Processing of orders and invoicing…and much more!
Skills and experience
To be successful you will possess:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a product based environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
- A strong "team player" attitude
- The ability to multitask
- A proactive approach
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
