Our Client is seeking an experienced customer service agents to join their team based in Homebush. With parking available and the train at the door this is a convenient and easy location to get to. 

You will be working in a strong team environment you will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians to customers in distress.

We are seeking candidates with strong attention to detail and are able to clearly demonstrate empathy in a customer service environment. 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Previous phone based customer service experience
• A bubbly and helpful personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work a rotating roster
• An interest in the automotive industry
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills including multi screen navigation
• Strong geographic knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas.

This is a permanent position, with a base salary and additional shift penalties plus fantastic employee benefits.
