This company has established a trusted reputation for providing an exceptional and caring service to clients across Melbourne Metro area. They are focussed on providing the highest level of customer service through meticulous planning and co-ordination, often through difficult and challenging times for their senior clients. A high level of communication, understanding and exceptional service is required to be successful in this role.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a mature minded and professional Client Services Manager to join their busy team. You will co-ordinate the end to end planning and logistics (with the support of an experienced team) around a valued client's move from initial meeting to final followup.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending to incoming phone calls from current and prospective clients
  • Arranging in-home appraisals
  • Preparation of estimates and proposal documents tailored to meet specific client’s needs
  • Visit client sites in order to support proposals, check on progress and support the moving team
  • Schedule resources and manage all aspects of the client moves
  • Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders in co-ordinating each project ie. Classic Moves staff, moving/transport teams, moving location etc.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records on database
  • Regular reporting plus attendance and input at company meetings

To be successful:

  • This role would suit an true customer service professional from the re-location, property, aged care/retirmenet sector who wants to work in a fabulous team and working with valued clients.
  • Exemplary communication is key in this role, you will be confident, yet empathetic and genuinely want to provide the best in customer service to client
  • This role would suit an individual who can handle numerous and conflicting demands with poise and calm, always focussed on providing the best outcome for the client and the company overall
  • Advanced MS Suite is required with minimum working knowledge of Outlook, Word and worked with a database management system
  • Full or Part time opportunity available.
