Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience industry. As a partner with a leading Insurance Company we have multiple roles for experienced Customer Service representatives to join a high performing & driven team based in Olympic Park.


Duties Include:

  • Managing customer and broker/advisor enquiries via Inbound telephone calls relating to a variety of insurance products.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
  • Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
  • Managing Client Records / Data Entry
  • Contribute and add value to the Customer Experience - Provide an exceptional service experience in each call.

Skills & attributes required:

  • Demonstrated Customer Service Experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Solid work history in a customer facing role
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

This is a full-time permanent role and you will be need to be available to work on a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm with the occasional weekend rotation.
