We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join a successful Division within the NSW business. Over the past six years the Division has grown to be a multi-million dollar business, working with clients in both the Private & Government sectors, providing consulting solutions and making a difference to people’s lives. You will be part of a team that provides Human Resources services to a large contractor base, provides HR solutions to a diverse client base and support the divisions growth with marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include: • Managing various projects & events - recruitment, rostering, compliance and operational • Candidate registration, reference checking & administration • Writing Monthly reports, marketing newsletters & social media content

This is an extremely busy and diverse role that is critical to the success of the business. The selected individual will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong influencing skills, and the capacity to prioritise and multitask. This role really is a blend of responsibilities, no two days will be the same and there is the opportunity to really develop you’re business acumen. There is also a focus on self-development, networking, culture and we also like to have fun!

We are looking for an individual with the right behaviours; attitude, interest, diligence, confidence, will to win and a sense of humour! You may have recently completed a Degree/Diploma or have worked for a couple of years and are now lookingfor your first professional Prior experience in a similar role is not required, however a background in demonstrating achievements, behaviours and acumen is.
