An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-driven and committed Customer Service professional to support the Sales Manager for sales of our exciting new Brisbane Racing Club Retirement Living Development in Ascot, Brisbane.

Initially based in our sales suite in Ascot Village you will support the Sales Manager by meeting and greeting customers and talking them through an overview of the development. You will update details in the CRM database and make follow up calls to assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will be highly customer service orientated with exceptional communication skills and a high level of empathy. You will be a team player and have previous experience in a customer service environment potentially gained in a residential project sales support role, hospitality or retail. It is essential that you can demonstrate the ability to take initiative and be highly motivated. This will initially be a Monday to Friday role however weekend work will be required as the stages of the development progress.
