About the role

Role Responsibilities Include:

• Attending to client enquiries via email and phone
• Entering customer orders and create picking slips and invoices for warehouse.
• Following up with warehouse personnel in relation to sending goods to customers.
• Responding to customer requests for pricing and stock/product enquiries or delivery requests.
• Liaising with internal and external staff including other associated companies customers with relevant information within the required time frame and in accordance with company policy. 
• Internal Sales reporting, follow up and quote management.
• Raising quotes for Sales team when needed.
• Follow up late deliveries or missing deliveries with freight company.
• Maintain and update the customer database.

Skills & Attributes:

• Previous electrical wholesale industry experience essential
• Sales & Quote skills a definite advantage
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent writing & presentation skills
• Ability to coordinate & communicate information effectively
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly, dynamic personality
