About the opportunity 

This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries or problem resolution for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. The Customer Service Hub is being established using lean methodology concurrent with the implementation of business systems that are specifically designed for Uniting’s needs.

 

As a Customer Service Hub Officer, you will match requests for service to the appropriate service delivery team, load data and client profile, download error reports and participate directly in problem solving actions.

About you 

You have previous experience in data entry and customer service. Your advanced customer service skills help you understanding the best practice in supporting customer choice and control. 

 

You have strong ability to use call center telephony systems, undertake data entry and manage effective communication via email and other modes. Your ability to manage service enquiries and problem resolution for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders makes you a good fit for this position.
