About the Role:

Continued business growth has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to become an integral member of this national team.

 

Based out of Laverton North, your proactive and practical Leadership capability will be paramount when supporting Management and the Victoria Customer Service Team - to ensure FurnX’s “the Customer is ALWAYS first” foundation is paramount…….and UNDERPINNED BY QUALITY….team performance against KPI’s, Training and Development, Systems & Processes, and ongoing Performance Feedback.

 

With locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, this is a challenging role that will suit an aspiring hands-on Leader with a down to earth, no frills approach.

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record as a Customer Service Team Leader with a stable employment history.
  • Experience within wholesale and distribution focused industries will be HIGHLY REGARDED.
  • An innate “customer first” attitude and ability to implement systems, processes and KPI’s to ensure exceptional customer service outcomes.
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of multiple deliverables and tasks without being micro-managed.
  • EXCEPTIONAL interpersonal skills to effectively and positively manage staff and customer expectations including mentoring, training and developing staff.
  • Proven leadership skills as a hands-on doer.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and jobs with demonstrated problem solving skills in a reactive work environment.
  • Highly motivated, committed, team focused and reliable.
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude.
