About the role:

We are currently seeking a customer focused individual who possesses a strong work ethic to join our Industrial team based in our North Ryde head office. You will be assisting our clients with placing orders, enquiries about the product as well as any enquiries that they may need assistance with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing the highest standard of customer service while answering calls and emails from customers across Australia.
  • Taking ownership and accountability for each customer interaction
  • High attention to detail is critical in all aspects of your role
  • Demonstrates a high level of understanding of the company's products
  • Resolve customer account discrepancies and tailor solutions within our company terms and conditions
  • Achieve individual, team and centre KPI's and targets
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

To be considered for this opportunity:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Minimum 2 years customer service/contact centre experience
  • Great administration skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • A positive outlook with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Passion to grow and develop in a results and KPI driven environment
  • The ability to 'think outside the box'
  • Customer service or contact centre experience will be highly regarded however this is not essential
