Head quartered in South Melbourne, Clouding Around is a leading Salesforce partner providing solutions to all types of Australian charities. We currently provide services to over 100 not for profits clients across Australia and are growing rapidly. 

As our organisation expands, we're seeking a customer service consultant who is at the beginning of their career with the right attitude and aptitude to join the Clouding Around team, providing support and building relationships with our clients. 

We're looking for someone who is bubbly outgoing, loves a chat, is the life of the party and generally wants to help people. Our biggest difference and what we pride ourselves on is that we don't just help our clients with their systems and applications but build long term relationships and really partner with them as they change the world.  

Some of the key skills you will develop as part of this role include:

  • How to solve customer problems methodically and independently from within their Salesforce system.
  • Communicating successfully with our customers in order to provide exceptional customer service.
  • How to engage and work with cross functional teams to achieve the right outcome for our customers.
  • Managing incoming support related issues via telephone, email and our customer support portal.
