The Opportunity
Join a fun and supportive team environment, where you will be respected and rewarded for being an integral part of the Customer Care & Technical Support team. This opportunity is based within a beautiful, open newly refurbished office space, in the heart of Collingwood. 

In this inbound call centre role, you will be responsible for providing the first point of contact for clients - managing inbound enquiries but also providing in-depth technical support and act as an escalation point within the team for such queries.

With your expertise in plumbing fixtures (eg the function of taps and showers and water pressure etc.), you will make yourself known as the "go to" technical expert for more complex issues that face the team.

You will be managed by a passionate and caring leader who will provide you with 1 on 1 coaching and mentoring. This is a role where you will receive true rewards for your achievements!

You should apply if you have
•    Understanding of water from a technical perspective (eg the function of taps and showers and water pressure etc.) - This is essential for this role!
•    Demonstrable experience of providing medium to complex technical
advice on a daily basis
•    Proven work experience in a Call Centre role 
•    Demonstrated strong customer focus
•    Excellent time management and organisational skills
•    High level of attention to detail
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Experience of delivering an exceptional customer service 
•    Flexibility 
•    Demonstrable experience of working in a very busy workplace
•    Ability to use initiative and a passion for helping people
•    Advanced skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
•    Experience working with an Accounting/ERP application (eg: Pronto, MYOB, Dynamics, Salesforce)
