About the role
• Attending to inbound phone and email client enquiries
• Establishing and maintaining strong client rapport
• Taking ownership and achieving first point resolution
• Identifying and advising clientele on best suited products and services
• Investigating account enquiries and processing payments
• Adhering to all call adherence and performance based indicators
• Commitment to our high safety culture - 100% safety 100% of the time
About you
• A true passion for customer service (experience or knowledge in either the Scientific or Pharmaceutical & Analytical industries is a major advantage)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Be comfortable and committed to working in a quality focused and target driven environment
• Multi-tasking ability
• Demonstrated clerical and administration experience
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (experience working with SAP and CRM is an advantage)
• An enthusiastic and proactive approach to independent learning and training
