We currently have an exciting position available in our Head Office in Notting Hill for an enthusiastic professional to conduct administration and customer service duties for the Interlock department.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Respond to all Interlock customer enquiries and complaints
  • Manage the setting of customer appointment for installation & services for all Draeger workshops
  • Ensure all client files are current and filed correctly
  • Assist with collection of customer debt
  • Assist in the invoicing of the Draeger Interlock Service Workshops
  • Computer use for data entry and generating reports

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Well-developed customer service skills
  • Strong ability to manage difficult customers
  • Developed written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and facilitate, to identify customer needs and ways to satisfy them
  • Be self-sufficient in resolving issues and meeting deadlines
  • Have a positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Will have to complete a police check
