Customer Service Officer in market leading 3PL organisation. Tracking of exports and logistics.

Client Details

International market leading third-party logistics organisation. Has abundance of plants based all over Australia with opening in Parramatta location. Very high volume and vacancy is due to large scale growth of company.

Description

  • Monitoring and tracking of all imports/exports
  • Effectively liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Inventory Control and data entry
  • Managing customer enquiries
  • Assisting walk in Customers with orders and enquiries
  • Various cargo duties - including LCL, FCL etc.

Profile

  • Experience working in a logistics role for minimum 1 year
  • Effective interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Exposure to tracking and import/export
