Leisure-Tec, a brand new business, are a global supplier of high-quality RV & outdoor products and associated accessories, located in a new office and warehouse in Campbellfield. 

The Role:

An opportunity exists for a Technical Service Adviser to join our energetic & close-knit team.

This is a key role within a great new company and will be yours to own, with the capacity to grow as the company expands.

The role will require strong computer skills and experience in customer service and/or technical sales will be highly regarded.  The role will involve technical knowledge of gas / electrical appliances, and technical skills in this area would be helpful but training will be provided.

Being a diverse role; the Technical Service Adviser will be responsible for providing hands on technical support over the phone to our consumers and technical training to our Dealers & aftermarket network. The Technical Service Adviser will be reporting to the Senior Technical Adviser. The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide ongoing delivery of technical training to customers, dealers and OE manufacturers;
  • Work within a team environment and provide ongoing technical support to clients via a high volume of incoming calls from our service agent network;
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting steps over the phone;
  • Prepare technical material for service agents;
  • Order entry;
  • Email management and processing of customer enquiries;
  • Provide product updates to customers; and
  • Perform general administration duties as required

The Right Person

To secure this role; you will have the following:

  • Technical service experience (Essential);
  • Strong computer skills in programs including; MS Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Solid communication skills- both written and verbal;
  • Be a Self-starter with a patient personality, with an extremely high level of organisation skills;
  • The motivation to learn about new products and industry trends to develop and deliver training material;
  • Experience in a similar end to end Customer Service role;
  • High attention to detail;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
