An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior Customer Service representative to step up and take on a new challenge!

Client Details

Our client is Australia's lead supplier of engineering steel to numerous organisations, both nationally and internationally. Some of the industries our client supplies to are mining, gas and oil, automotive, transport, tool making and more. Our client has grown to over 115 staff members across Australia, and are looking to on-board a new team member to join their newly refurbished head office in Campbelltown.

Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering inbound calls and enquiries
• General administration
• Acting as the sole senior Customer Service officer, reporting into the NSW Customer Sales Supervisor
• Order processing
• Following up quotations and processing sales
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain customer relationships

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Previous experience in a high volume customer service role
• Experience co-managing a team (or senior consultant level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, demonstrated through an intermediate skill set in Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge and/or experience in the manufacturing industry
• Exceptional communication skills
• A driven, can do attitude!
