Seeking driven and satisfaction orientated customer service expert, representing a globally renowned company.
Your new company
Work at the operational base of one of the largest convenience store chains in the world, servicing existing franchises and customers, as well as assisting with general enquiries as part of their continual growth.
Your new role
You will be part of a large team of customer service operators located in Melbourne's south-east. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, managing a diverse range of enquiries, providing effective solutions both over the phone and in the office, and maintaining an excellent standard of customer service and satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will come from a strong customer service background, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving ability, be able to align with the values and operational procedures of the organisation and be able to effectively contribute to the customer service centre's bright and welcoming culture.
