Great opportunity to join a large Australian company in St Leonards as a Customer Service Representative. The company has an amazing culture and is a fun place to work. The role is be suitable for a junior wanting to enter the office environment or someone with a couple of years customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from customers and external contractors
• Generate work permits for customers and for the scheduling of on site activities
• Coordinate the site maintenance required and provide technical support
• Ensuring all processes are correct and that polices are adhered to

Key Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Good administration skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
