Your new role
Joining this exciting business stream at Service NSW in Newcastle you will be reporting into an inspiring Trainlink Team Leader who will train, coach and support you to become the very best Customer Service Officer you can be. Being responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience every call means you will engage with your customers and provide exceptional service and help over the phone daily. You, your leadership team and your colleagues will create a positive workplace that is defined by excellence and professionalism.
About you
Energy and passion for excellent customer service delivery comes naturally, you are solutions focused and enjoy engaging with people over the phone and create positive customer interaction on every call. You consider yourself technologically savvy and are keen to learn systems and policy quickly.
You are able to work Saturday and Sunday rostered between 7am - 10pm 7 hour shifts and be available for additional hours on weekdays and weeknights to complete 25 hours a week, be committed to work all public holidays throughout the year, have no leave in your first 3 months, and all going well are available to attend an assessment centre Tuesday 24th July.
