The Maverick Move, a growing marketing agency in Perth WA, requires an experienced (part-time) Customer Service Representative to join our small team who work together collaboratively in our Joondalup Office.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Regularly take large volumes of calls to convert prospects into clients
  • Assist the marketing manager with feedback on campaign success
  • Problem solving and dispute resolution with customers
  • Perform outbound sales calls to warm generated leads
  • Understand and deliver the core values and mission of the business to customers
  • Maintain Customer Databases and become proficient in the organisational systems over time
  • Understand a diverse array of products and tailor the customer communication to match
  • Liaise with all staff members internally and externally of the business
  • Be able to maintain professional standards at all times
  • Monitor the progress of each lead and follow up when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Complete end of day reports

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business will be an advantage
  • >3 years of experience in customer success, sales or account management
  • Experience using CRM, MS Office Suite and outbound phone call systems
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for customers and softwares
  • The ability to understand a technical product is absolutely critical
  • Ability to keep the customer first and a desire to keep things simple
  • An intact funny bone and ability to laugh at yourself is practically essential to your survival
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task and manage evolving customer priorities
  • Be able to work autonomously to deliver customers desired results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a can-do attitude to problem solving and providing excellent service to our clients

Please NOTE: We need someone to start straight away so please submit your application if you can work from Mondays to Fridays (5hours/day) between the hours of 11AM - 5PM.
