A reputable super fund are seeking energetic and motivated customer service consultants for their CBD office
Your new company
One of Australia's largest superannuation funds are experiencing a period of continued growth and are seeking quality customer service consultants to join their friendly team in their office based in Melbourne's CBD.
Your new role
As a Member Services Consultant, you will be responsible for offering exceptional customer service to new and existing members by providing information regarding the organisations products and services, as well as;
- Answering member queries with regards to account balance and change of details information
- Escalating members queries to the appropriate area as required
- Using on-line systems to access data and answer customer inquiries within service times.
- Entering customer requests/queries on-line.
- Liaising with colleagues and leaders on customer inquiries and escalating issues where necessary.
- Administration duties including emails and reception coverage.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will; - Have an excellent telephone manner and high customer service standards
- Have strong written and verbal communications skills
- Be empathetic and solutions orientated
- Have the ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
- Hold full Australian working rights
Previous experience working for a superannuation fund is not essential but highly regarded.
