Your new role
Reporting to the Technical Services Team Leader, your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, prioritize and process information pertaining to emergency and non-emergency maintenance needs requiring the dispatch of work crews to work site locations 24/7. Providing specialised advice and expertise to customer enquiries. Working on a rotating roster. Adhering to KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have customer service and call centre experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You must be able to attend all training days
  • Full working rights as this role is temporary ongoing, with a view to go permanent
