NEDS - International sports betting operator is seeking experienced CRM / Outbound Call Agents to join team based in Brisbane, Australia

As a CRM / Outbound Call Agent at Neds you will be responsible for the positive engagement of welcoming clients to Neds, in order to increase loyalty and player lifetime value and decrease attrition rates. This role demands flexibility including Saturday work.

The successful candidate is to be customer centric and will take on the following responsibilities (not limited to);

Key area of responsibility of this role 

  • Contact a high volume of clients on a daily basis via telephone
  • Develop an instant rapport with all contacted clients
  • Confirming client verification, assist with depositing and promotional quires
  • Create interest and excitement towards subject matter
  • Log all called and contacted clients with outcome of contact including client touch points
  • One-on-one communication with key clients in order to build relationships on behalf of the organization
  • Having advanced knowledge of our wagering products
  • Provide client feedback to management and identify any client product concerns
  • Ongoing updating of customer contact information in order to ensure data cleanliness
  • In-depth understanding of various promotional channels and promotions run by the marketing teams
  • Provide support and assistance to team members
  • All Outbound telesales activities
  • Ensuring the needs of the customer are the primary focus at all times
  • General customer service department functions

Preferred requirements:

  • Evidence of having delivered exceptional quality of service in an online industry or similar experience
