Duties:
- Be the primary point of contact for member and prospect enquiries.
- Successfully inform existing and new members about the products available
- Liaise effectively with other staff and stakeholders to achieve the targets of the strategies.
- Support events and projects
Skills:
- Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within customer service or administration
- High level of attention to detail and initiative
- Database and MS Office
- Understanding of the financial advice market viewed favourably
