We are currently looking for a part time Customer Solutions Consultant to work at our Regis Head Office in Armadale. We have both part time and full time options available. The Customer Solution Consultant is responsible for the provision of expert advice about Regis Aged Care services and supporting potential residents to access the appropriate placement in a Regis residence. As the first point of contact many customers has with Regis, this position makes a key contribution to building Regis’ reputation as a leading provider of aged care services.

 

Your role

  • Respond effectively to inbound calls
  • Provide information and advice about Aged Care Service access
  • Set up and coordinate facility tours in conjunction with Facility Managers and Sales Teams
  • Cross-sell multiple facility’s where appropriate
  • Send appropriate enquiry packs to customers on the same day as receiving an enquiry
  • Facilitate the management of complaints in a timely manner
  • Conduct customer experience surveys with representatives of existing residents
  • Demonstrate current knowledge about Aged Care (high level), including myagedcare, NSAF process, Accommodation Pricing, ACFI
  • Maintain current information about the management, locations and services associated with each facility
  • Use defined process for logging, tracking and reporting
  • Use of information and communication technology such as Salesforce                 
  • Conduct tour liaison calls and permanent/respite feedback calls
  • Manage and complete allocated tasks assigned through Salesforce
