Due to recent growth, their Technical Services Team are extending their arms out for enthusiastic individuals to unite and become part of their family-feel team.
The Role:
- Engage and build relationships to all clients
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with in house Technicians
- Cross communicate to customers on different platforms
- Utilise in house CRM system to follow up and record all required information
- Assist customers with all enquiries regarding all company products and services
About You:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated, team player and positive attitude
- Thrive on learning something new each day
- Confident in handling resilience or objections
- Enjoy tinkering with techy gadgets for diagnostics
