About the role
- Answer inbound service calls from a variety of customers
- Deliver quality service at all times
- Ensure all compliance rules are followed at all times
- Maintain a detailed understanding of associated systems, processes and procedures
- Manage customer complaints timely and effectively
- Quote clients using systems and apply sales tools to convert the quote
Ideally you will have:
- Proven capability to interact over the phone in a clear and professional manner
- Intermediate computer skills
- The ability to work within a quality controlled environment (i.e. verbal scripting and procedures)
- Strong desire to help others achieve within a team environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

This position will commence on 20 July 2018 with comprehensive training and ongoing buddying and support. You will work primarily Monday to Friday, on a rotational roster within the hours of 8am to 7pm. Occasional Saturday work required thus receiving an RDO.
