Seeking a Team Leader to help lead the dynamic Member Services Team, Burwood office $75-$80K pack, Start ASAP!

Your new company
This national superannuation is an extremely reputable company in the industry and put their customers at the top of everything they do. They are big believers in growing their customers’ investments and specialise in superannuation, insurance, retirement planning and financial planning.


Your new role
The company are seeking a Team Leader who will support the Manager of the Member Services team. You will be leading by example to provide excellent service to the members through efficient and accurate answering and monitoring of inbound and outbound telephone calls and written correspondence.
Other duties include:

  • Manage escalations to ensure member satisfaction
  • Effective use of the online system to answer member enquiries
  • Train, coach, supervise and inspire all officers in the team and assist manager with performance reviews
  • Provide daily call statistics to management and also review and identify any trends
  • Manage fraud and corruption risks and maintain high ethical standards to prevent fraud from happening
  • Assist management for any department related projects and be a key stakeholder to help drive them
  • Promote to other team members and always adhere to the values of the company



What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in superannuation is paramount, as you will need to hit the ground running
  • You will need to have had experience in customer service in a phone based role and have had exposure in leading a team
  • You will also possess excellent telephone manner, both written and verbal, maintain strong time management skills and be able to meet deadlines
  • Ideally you will also have your RG 146 qualification.
