About the role
- Responsible for handling inbound sales calls from a variety of customers
- Quote clients using systems and applying sales tools to convert the quote
- Educate our customers to ensure they are adequately covered in the event of a claim
- Deliver quality customer service at all times
- Meet expected individual sales targets and contribute to business sales targets
- Ensure that all compliance rules are followed at all times
- Maintain a detailed understanding of associated systems, processes and procedures
- Manage customer complaints timely and efficiently
- Effective communication
Ideally the right candidate will have:
- Background in sales with a proven capability to build sales performance
- Experience within a quality controlled working environment
- Ability to interact over the telephone in a clear and professional manner
- Drive, motivation and innovative thinking

This position will commence on 20 July 2018 with comprehensive training including face to face and on the job. You will work primarily Monday to Friday, on a rotational roster within the hours of 8am to 7pm. Occasional Saturday work required thus receiving an RDO.
