Our client, located in the heart of the CBD close to Town Hall and Martin Place stations due to growth within their organisation they have a fantastic opportunity for a Delegate Sales Executive to join their growing team of professionals within the Conferencing industry.

Reporting to the Delegate Sales Director your key purpose in this role will be to secure new Delegates for a variety of corporate events, conferences and business summits!
  
Responsibilities:

• Research relevant Key Decision Makers within organisations
• Telephone based sales for a variety of events, conferences and business summits
• Relationship building and account management
• General sales reporting
• Achieving KPI's and set targets
• CRM management

Skills and experience:

• Previous telephone based B2B sales – essential
• Money hungry
• Confident and self-driven
• Enthusiastic and easy to engage with
• High level of written and verbal communication skills - essential
• Ability to converse with C level executives
• Sales focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPI's and targets
• Ability to work to a set sales process
• Team player with ability to work autonomously
• Strong sense of commercial acumen
• MS Office skills
