Sales & Support Officer

Endeavour Foundation is a leading independent for-purpose organisation dedicated to making a difference to the lives of people with disability. Our dynamic and growing organisation provides support for thousands of people in about 300 locations throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.

A casual Sales & Support Officer opportunity has become available. These roles play a pivotal role in providing optimal support to our Lotteries supporters and other general queries received regarding our services.

To be a successful in this rewarding role you will have:

• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales or telemarketing environment (essential)
• A polished, clear and energetic phone manner.
• Experience in effectively handling inbound calls.
• Ability to learn quickly and to trouble shoot as necessary.
• Ability to build rapport and utilise effective listening skills.
• Strong influencing language.
• Positive "CAN DO" team attitude.
• Availability to work on a rotating roster ranging from 8am - 7pm Mon-Fri and Sat mornings from 9am - 1pm.

Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).
