The Company

Work for a leading paint specialist in Western Sydney, handling customer queries and daily admininstation.

The Position

Handle customer enquiries, via email and incoming calls
Managing and resolving customer issues
High volume order processing
Follow up, credit, return and ETA’s
Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
Other general administrative duties

The Candidate

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level attention to detail, fast and accurate typing speed
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
Intermediate MS Word & Excel skills
