In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 3 years SAP experience
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel - intermediate level
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • A positive can do attitude
  • Problem solving nature
  • Enjoy working in a busy and diverse team
  • Strong customer service focus
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills

Role Requirements:

  • Responding to customers enquiries in a timely manner through email & phone in a very busy environment
  • Process customer orders, quotes and enquiries daily within required timelines
  • Liaise with internal and external stake holders
  • Meet the Customer Service KPI's outlined for your role, set to a high standard
  • Administrative tasks
  • Communicate with your fellow team members, ensuring information and knowledge is being shared
  • Possess good problem solving skills and offer suggestions or solutions
