About The Customer Service Representative Opportunity

In this role, you will assist customers with meeting all of their transactional banking needs.

You will ensure that customer's immediate service needs are met and identify opportunities by understanding their broader financial needs.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cash handling
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Cross selling the Bank's products and services
  • Creating and maintaining customer profiles and records
  • Opening accounts, handling general enquiries, exchanging money, international transfers
  • Reporting, checking and comprehensive compliance

 

About You

 The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 1+ years experience in a customer service facing Banking role
  • Have sales experience
  • Be passionate about and provide exceptional and premium customer service
  • Build relationships with their colleagues and support team initiatives
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be motivated and driven to deliver referrals and sales
  • Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Have good numerical skills and is confident in handling cash
