The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting Outbound Sales call centre staff ASAP for opportunities in the CBD area. As a call centre representative you will work within a new, vibrant, dynamic and collaborative team driven environment. With target incentives and commissions, you will always have the opportunity to reap the benefit of your hard work.

Duties

Making outbound sales calls to sell the company’s products
Working towards realistic KPI’s and targets
Building rapport with customers
Providing excellent customer service and integrity
Maintain appropriate administrative record’s

Skills & experience

Call centre experience in outbound calls would be an advantage
A passion for customer service and sales
Excellent communication and spoke English
Self motivated and enjoy working in a team environment
Target driven with the drive to succeed
