Multiple Customer Service positions in Inbound Consumer Banking are available for our client based in Rhodes. This is an exciting opportunity for you to start your career in the banking industry, or an opportunity for you to transition across to a new fast paced, high volume role with plenty of perks and stability.
Working a 38 hour week across a rotating roster Monday to Sunday with shifts in the morning and afternoons, you will need to be flexible with your availability to cover the hours of this contact centre. The roles are commencing the 13th of August, however we need you to be available for an Assessment Centre on either Tuesday the 17th of July or Thursday the 19 of July.
This is an exciting opportunity if you're looking to start a career in the banking industry, as our client is willing to train those with transferable customer service skills from the retail, hospitality or contact centre industry.
Skills & Experience
Professional, articulate and clear communication skills
Phone or face to face customer service skills in retail, hospitality or contact centres
Empathy and a genuine willingness to support customers
Active listening skills
Skills in data entry and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and manage high volume inbound phone calls - Calls will relate to transactions, credit cards, mortgages, internet banking queries, password resets etc
Provide customer service to banking customers
Resolve customer queries with correct product and service information
Maintain up to date customer database records
Participate in weekly inbound sales activities
