Pharmaceutical & Medical Professionals, a Healthcare Professionals Group business is currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Representative.
About the company
You will be joining an renowned Biopharmaceutical company. An innovative and forwarded thinking approach to scientific developments.
Located in Sydney CBD, you will be joining an established customer service team, with a leadership team from the top 5 pharmaceutical companies.
About the opportunity
In your new customer service role you will be working as part of a team of 4 customer service representatives. You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills. This role is extremely low volume of calls, predominately email based. You will be dealing direct with hospitals and pharmacies order processing, processing credits, managing stock control. You will be highly analytical, previous industry customer service experience and have strong communication skills. You will be a part of a friendly and high achieving team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Your daily duties would include:
- Customer returns and credits,
- Stock management
- Order entry/Order releases
Skills and Experience
- At least two years in a Customer Service Representative role in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare , Medical or FMCG industry
- ERP system experience is essential - preferably JDE, SAP or Oracle
- Strong communication skills
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Ability to multi task and manage workload
