Our Client is a worldwide Manufacturer of highly engineered products such as compressors, pumps and fluid transfer products for a multitude of industrial users. They have developed a strong reputation as an employer of choice and the success continues.

Now seeking 2 professional, experienced and proactive customer service officers to join a high peforming team.both these roles are ongoing casual positions with a view to going perm for the right person.

You will be busy taking care of over 10,000 strong database along with the other customer service officers to ensure current clientele are upto date with all scheduled and preventative equipment services. Additionally you will work with and schedule technicians for regular maintenance and servicing checks. You will also be responsible for following a flow chart, processing timesheets, following up of Sales Orders and raising Invoices along with other Adhoc Administration duties as required.

Bonuses are easy to reach and it is very rare to not achieve.

The successfull candidate will have ideally have

  • Experience with SAP
  • Word and Excel and have good keyboard skills
  • Great Customer Service Experience,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Strong administration skills
  • Be Proactive
  • Experience with Scheduling would be an advantage.
