We are currently recruiting two permanent full-time,Inbound Client Services Representatives to join The Bradford Exchange's Australian Client Services team. These roles are critical positions within the business as you are the voice of Bradford. You will be responsible for all the inbound client calls, assisting them with all forms of enquiries from payment, account balance, orders, returns and product delivery. As well as us needing you to be a key Bradford ambassador you will also be involved in cross selling products to ensure business sales success.

The successful applicant must be a highly motivated, a self starter who has boundless positive energy. You must also be enthusiastic about client service, and have the ability to close a sale! Whilst also always ensuring that our clients are receiving the highest level of service.

On a daily basis this role will report to the Call Centre Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • 70-120 inbound calls per day.
  • Providing the highest level of inbound customer service to all clients
  • Manage client accounts accurately from taking orders, payments, returns, balance and through to product delivery requests/enquiries whilst ensuring a polite and courteous manner is maintained at all times.
  • Using your exceptional customer service and sales skills to provide customers with the best product to suit their needs, as well as always cross selling alternative products.
  • Ensuring all company processes are adhered to at all times.
  • An ability to strive for and achieve set targets.
  • Enthusiasm to be part of a high quality customer service team.
  • Meeting set KPI's including cross sale targets.
  • Data entry assistance when required.
  • Ongoing coaching will be provided so you can achieve your targets.

Experience

  • At least 6-months experience in an inbound call centre / customer service / sales role.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge - intermediate or above.
  • Can type a minimum of 40-45 words p/m (a typing test will be conducted).
  • Good mathematical skills.

Remuneration

  • Base salary + superannuation
  • Cross sell commission incentive scheme in place
  • Annual business profit share scheme

Anticipated Normal Work Schedule

  • Work full time on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, between the core hours of 8am – 6pm.
