Lanyana Financial Group is comprised of a number of businesses which are supported by a qualified team of professionals. This includes Accountants, Corporate Liquidators, Debt Negotiators and Bankruptcy Trustees, allowing us to provide specialist solutions to all Australians.

Due to continued growth we are expanding our team of Engagement Case Manager's located in the Sydney CBD. As an Engagement Case Manager you will be trained to genuinely assist Australians by offering affordable, attractive and viable alternatives for anyone experiencing financial distress.

The Role:

  • First point of contact for inbound enquiries
  • Initial client engagement, actively listen and provide solutions
  • Provide empathy/understanding and reassurance
  • Discuss positive solutions to help with their situation
  • Disclose costs, benefits and consequences of positive solutions
  • Ability to meet deadlines and KPI driven
  • Managing a portfolio of new and existing clients

 Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have previous customer service or banking experience 
  • Enjoy listening to people and would find satisfaction in identifying the best solutions for individuals experiencing financial distress
  • Strong work ethic and the drive to achieve both individual and team targets
  • Confident, positive, self-motivated and work well in a team environment
